Payment Due: Net 30 days after date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to past due accounts. We also accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover payments.

Minimum Order: See specifications per category. A handling and shipping charge for orders less than the minimum will be added.

Order Changes: All orders will be confirmed with delivery dates as close as possible to the requested delivery date. Since we need time to pack your order and ship, we need six weeks lead time to change any orders or delivery date.

Re-stocking Charge: Orders cancelled within the six weeks lead time are subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%, based on the original confirmation amount. The fees will be billed and are due immediately after cancellation.

Shipping: All prices are FOB distribution point. We are constantly comparing commercial motor freight costs for shipping purposes. We will use our best judgement when shipping, unless you give us specific instructions. For more information, contact our office.

Guarantee: Sawyer Nursery guarantees the plants to be true to name and in good condition when received. All bare root plants are large #1 divisions, unless otherwise stated. Heights may vary in different climate zones and weather conditions.

Upon Arrival: Check whether your shipment is complete and the plants are in good condition. Plants must be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place.

Claims: Request for credit must be made within 14 days of order receipt. A written credit request with specifications must be sent to your sales person or to our office. We will replace, credit, make a prompt adjustment or advise further product care at that time. Return shipments without prior written authorization of Sawyer Nursery will not be accepted. All return shipments will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. At no time will Sawyer Nursery be liable for any sum of money greater than the original invoice amount for the plants. Even though Michigan has an excellent growing climate, we can not be held responsible for growing and weather conditions beyond our control.
